Privacy Policy

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), data subjects have the right to apply to the data controller to:

find out whether their personal data is being processed,
request information about the processing of their personal data,
find out the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose,
know the third parties, in Turkey or abroad, to whom their personal data is transferred,
request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data, and request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred are notified of this correction,
request the deletion or destruction of their personal data where the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it was processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and request that third parties to whom the data has been transferred are notified of this,
object to any outcome to their detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
request compensation for any damage suffered as a result of the unlawful processing of their personal data.
